This dispenser is operated by pressing the palm against a lever. This dispenser meets OSHA guidelines.
It is very sanitary and cost effective. It meets the hand hygiene requirement for medical facilities that must use a non-refillable bag.  We refer to our bag as a refill for the dispenser but not for the bag itself to be refilled. 
Available in white only. Refill bag is not included.
The refill bag size is 800 ml. / 27 oz.
Size of each unit is 5.5 inches wide by 10.5 inches high by 4 inches deep.
